Asher is a Kindergartner! It's only 2 months after his first day but I can still blog about it, right?
He started school on September 8. For the month of September he had half day, then October 1 he went to full day. He is in the dual immersion program, so he gets half English/half Spanish. He has the same teacher Brayden had in Kinder, whom we adore. We are so lucky to have her again!
Asher is thriving in school. He has gotten several "Cougar Compliments" which are acknowledgements for good choices, helping others, etc. He came home from school today and knew how to count to 30, as well as most of his colors. He surprises me every day with the words that he has learned, and he is so proud to show them off. I couldn't be more thrilled with how well he took to school. I wasn't so sure at first!
Asher has made a couple of really good friends in his class. He really looks forward to going to school every day, and always leaves with pep in his step.
We are so proud of you, and we sure do love you Briggs!

He is a very cute kindergartner :) it's okay that this is "late", I still plan on taking first day of school pics... i think i may be a little late for that hahaha
