"Saturday is a Special Day"

Yesterday was the best Saturday I've had in awhile! The morning started out with Stephanie's baby shower. It was Hawaiian themed, and it was SO fun! There was delicious food, a great turnout, and the most adorable baby girl gifts you have ever seen in your life. 

After the shower, Sean and I took the boys and headed out. We stopped at REI and Home Depot, then headed to Portland. We wanted to spend the evening wandering the streets and seeing what Portland had to offer.

We found a perfect stage for Tap Dancing...

Stair rails that were fantastic for hanging and climbing on...

and half windows with hidden treasures inside.

We all had SO much fun

And found this fantastic wall to take photos against. It was unfortunate that the kids were feeling less than photogenic at the time.

We at dinner at this delicious Mexican Restaurant Cha Cha ChaTaqueria in the Pearl District. The food was amazing, and we definitely will be going back.

The drive home was beautiful with gorgeous skies and the setting sun

and after we got back to Tanasbourne, Brayden treated us all to Coldstone, with a gift card he got for his birthday.

It was the most amazing day, and I'm so grateful for great friends, an amazing family, and the ability to enjoy what surrounds us.
