Thanksgiving

Yesterday we had a great Thanksgiving! Sean and I got to sleep in til about 9:30. We got up and headed over to his parent's house for breakfast. We had aebel skiver (sp?) and bacon. It was so good!! Aebel Skiver is a danish breakfast. Its kind of like a miniature roll that you open and squeeze fresh lemon juice over. Then you sprinkle it with powdered sugar, and eat! We usually have a competition to see who can eat the most and Sean and his sister Caiti both ate more than 25! After breakfast, we hung out, took a nap, and got ready for Thanksgiving dinner! The original plan was to eat at 2, but since we were still all so full from breakfast, we didn't end up eating til 3:30. We had a typical Thanksgiving feast. Lots of different salads, turkey, yams, mashed potatoes and gravy, homemade rolls, sparkling cider, etc etc etc. We then played games, Apples to Apples and Scattergories, and ate pie! It was such an awesome day. Just being able to eat and relax all day long, and not having to worry about anything!!
