Teething
Brayden is teething...again! I know this is going to last until he's 3 or something, but still. These weeks are just so hard! I don't know which teeth are cutting but his attitude has definitely changed for the worse! He is grumpy, tired, doesn't have an appetite (which for him is phenomenal), always is chewing on his fingers, has a runny nose, and has a slight fever. He won't take naps and he is super clingy. Sounds fun huh? I just hope that we are on the downhill slope of this because I am getting worn out!

While I was "blurking" tonight I found this "Life's to do list." I thought it was pretty cool and figured I'd post it! (the ones I've done are in bold)
1. Sang the National Anthem at a public event—Melyssa and I! In High School...several times!
2. Swam with wild dolphins
3. Climbed a mountain—Iron Peak. Trek. When I was 14
4. Taken a Ferrari for a test drive
5. Been inside the Great Pyramid
6. Held a tarantula
7. Won a pie eating contest, or any eating contest
8. Said “I love you’ and meant it—Every day!
9. Hugged a tree-- I dated a guy named Cedar. Does that count?

11. Visited Paris
12. Watched a lightning storm-- laying in the back of a pickup truck driving between Idaho Falls and Rexburg. Coolest thing ever!
13. Seen the Northern Lights
14. Stayed up all night long and saw the sun rise
15. Gone to a huge sports game—Mariners and Safeco
16. Walked the stairs to the top of the leaning Tower of Pisa
17. Grown and eaten your own vegetables--we grew up on 5 acres, and we're Mormon...

It was so gorgeous after church we decided to take the camera (and my father in law) outside and do a little photo shoot! After probably 100 pictures, here are 4 of our favorites :)

The Joys of living in the country
On our way to church on Sunday, we walked out the back door and saw 2 deer in our yard! I had to run in and get the camera so by the time I came back out they were up against the woods instead of in the clearing, but it's still pretty awesome! It is so cool that we get to see stuff like this...other than the fact that they eat all my mom's grapes...
Owen Park -- Tacoma Washington
So as I mentioned earlier, this past weekend Sean, Brayden and I had the opportunity to go up to Enumclaw WA to visit my family. My twin brother was in town in between his semesters at BYU-Idaho so we made the 3 hour drive and had a fabulous weekend! Saturday was a GORGEOUS day, so my family (12 of us including my Grandma) went out to the Puget Sound and did some kayaking, and (row) boating. So, here are a lot of pictures from Saturday!
This is my Dad, in his awesome Sailor's hat. The kids got this for him for his birthday and its so awesome that he wears it!! He's pretty much the coolest Dad EVER! I love you Daddy!
This is my (almost) 86 year old Grandma. This was her first time kayaking and she loved it!
